It’s a vicious circle

The more you let it get to you

The worse job you’ll do

There’s no point

The stress won’t take you anywhere

Just hang on

Hold on just a little bit more

It’s almost over

You’re almost done

Just hold it together a tiny bit longer

It’s not worth it

I promise you’ll see it too

When it’s all over

You’ll look back and understand

There are much more important things to worry about

You got to get used to it

You have to face it

You will fail

You will fall down

You will screw things up

Everybody does

It is not a big deal

So toughen up

Learn to fall

Don’t let that humiliation feeling take over

Don’t let the tiny things push you down

You feel embarace

But chances are

No-one else is even watching

So take it slow
